Hi everyone!  Thank you for visiting my blog.

My name is Cipta Jaya.  I’m 29 years old now, and a father of one year old daughter.  I live in Jakarta, Indonesia.

I created this blog as a means to express myself in writing, especially in the physical fitness area.  The reason for this is because of my own personal childhood.

When I was just small kid, I wasn’t very healthy.  I got sick most of the time.  Asthma is one thing, and another is because of unhealthy living pattern.  These things motivates me as I got older to find out all I can of how to stay healthy and become better.

I personally hope that anyone that visited this blog could benefit from any articles that I wrote here.

I like to play computer games, especially multiplayer role playing online games.  Currently, I play as a mage in the world of Knight Online (www.knightonline.web.id).

Other than playing games, I spent most of my time with my wife and daughter.  I’m working and earn my living from home, that’s why i have the luxury of work and get together with my family at home.

Reading and swimming are two things that I like the most.  Even though I do not set a specific time for doing those, but I always spend some time each week to do them.
